Rockwool, also known as mineral wool or stone wool insulation, is a high-performance thermal, acoustic, and fire-resistant insulation material manufactured from natural volcanic rocks such as basalt and dolomite. These rocks are melted at extremely high temperatures and spun into fine fibers, creating a dense, wool-like structure that provides exceptional insulation properties.

Rockwool has become one of the most preferred insulation materials in residential, commercial, industrial, petrochemical, power generation, and infrastructure projects due to its excellent thermal efficiency, sound absorption, fire safety, and long service life.

Rockwool is an inorganic fibrous insulation material produced by melting selected rocks at temperatures exceeding 1,500°C.
